Drying Chambers Unit

• The drying system with five heating chambers and design to connect the blower with heater box, The Chamber is designed either Hot Air Generator System or Electrical Heating System.
• Aluminum Guide Roller-3”dia / 24 nos. with (EN-8) shaft, collar with bearing.
• Heating load (40 – 120 Deg. C.) adjustable as per the requirement, the temperature can be set by temperature Controller

Chilling Station Unit

• 2 Nos. all side shaped C.I. Plate 35mm
• Plate Height – 1500mm x Width – 500mm x45mm Thickness,
• Aluminum Guide Rollers with (EN-8) Shaft and collar with bearing.
• 3 H.P D.C. Motor for Chilling Roller, Chilling Roller connected to the sliding bracket with bearings on both the Side, it will be functioned & operated manually or pneumatically (if required)
• Blind temperature controller/indicator

 Surface Winding Unit

• 2 Nos. all side shaped C.I. Plates / Maximum outer reel dia 800mm
• 1 No. Unwinder Shaft (EN-8)mounted on bearings on both the side with Check Nuts, Core Holder,
• Surface winding with 5 HP D.C. Drive

Electrical and Electronic Unit

• Three Motor with a synchronized system with common control cabinet having control for the main switch for electrical supply with speed control thyristor, temperature indicating controller, on-off switches for the blower, heater, web guiding, etc.
• An emergency push button at the coating station will be provided
• Electrical connections are as per mention above in electrically connected load.
